- We look at what you really want for your health, for your life, for your Self.
We also look underneath the covers of these goals to visit why those are important to you,
what they will do for you.
- Next we do an assessment around which of those goals do you want to change first.
In other words, of the five stages of change, which stage are you in, for each of
those goals?
- Review your strengths that we will build into your plan, as well as name and
enlist any resources that will be useful for you in creating your new lifestyle.
- Design a plan that is unique to your own body, your own strengths, your own
challenges and especially to your own deepest longings.

Try the plan, and adjust it, as we learn more about what works for you and what isn't
helpful. You can't fail, since there is no failure, there are only ideas that work
and those that do not. Your coach supports you through the learning process to
design the plan that works this week, each week, every week until your new lifestyle
is "just how you are".
